“TEGMA is proud of our support for the industry’s next generation of talent and of our partners’ work to introduce young people across the country to a fulfilling and challenging career in the grain business,” said Aaron Reid, TEGMA Chairman and President of JDH. “Our partnership with MANRRS enables us to elevate exceptional students while helping connect them to real-world opportunities across our member network in North America.”

This initiative also includes a long-standing partnership with Agriculture Future of America (AFA), further expanding TEGMA’s outreach and impact in workforce development.
